A group established in 1968 in response to the outbreak of conflict in Northern Ireland. The main aims are: to promote harmony and goodwill between communities; to demonstrate that there are many activities that people can take part in to work together for the common good; to work will those who desire the establishment of a social order based upon justice and charity, and enlivened by mutual respect and understanding. In addition to a central group there are ten branches across the region.
